Synopsis: The quirky residents of a run-down apartment building clash with their strange neighbors and a delusional building manager with an insatiable thirst for power. The only thing that separates their odd habits and noisy lives is a few inches of crappy drywall.

Writing Sample: The first 4 episodes, featuring an insecure dominatrix, a punk mother-daughter feud, and the meaning of life.

Synopsis: An insecure, aimless man crashes out after his fiancé leaves him at the altar for his best man. His three groomsmen offer chaotic advice to help him grow, which accidentally upends their own dysfunctional hierarchy within the friend group.

Writing Sample: The friends pressure Davey to do mushrooms so he can transcend his limiting beliefs that make him a lame pushover. (15 page sequence)

Synopsis: A group of unhinged billionaire entrepreneurs flee to their bunkers to escape the apocalypse, only to realize they've accidentally trapped themselves in a cooperative communist society with their families and rivals.

Repulsed to live in this hell of their own making, the billionaires scheme to destroy each other so their own dystopian vision can become the future of humanity.

Synopsis: A group of misfit students at a makeshift hoodrat Bay Area film school compete for a huge career opportunity, but start to suspect that their indie film school might be an elaborate scam when the eccentric, optimistic dean of the school goes missing.

The students navigate absurd situations that you'd only find at an unaccredited school, like getting locked in the building overnight and uncovering wild secrets about the dean, having to deal with authorities who come to investigate a professor, and workshopping an erotica script to conform to the rules of story structure.
